We offer several packages to suit your needs. Please review the options below and indicate which package you would like to purchase when you book online. In order for the pricing to be accurate, please select your room or table, then your desired package, indicate the number of kids, and select any desired additional add-ons. Parents are not charged admission when attending your party. You can always add more kids, pizzas, drinks, or add LaserTag the day of your party when you arrive. No refunds will be given for overbooking or cancellations.

ALL PARTY ROOMS ARE RESERVED FOR 2-HOURS. ACCESS TO ROOMS & TABLES IS ONLY ALLOWED 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME. Once your party room or table time is over, your admission is still valid, but for playing only. You MUST leave your Room or Table area prior to your party end time.

WHEN YOU BOOK A PARTY AT BOUNCETAG YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW. ONLY PARTIES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID FOR WILL BE HONORED. ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT (ROOM FEE + 50% Kids Fees) Please choose the number of kids who will be attending the party. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, but you may always add more paid entry kids after you book and also add more kids the day of the event. Party Balances owed will be paid at the end of your party. You will be assigned a Party Manager when you arrive and they will help with your scheduling, ordering food, and helping make your party a success. We do not allow split payments greater than two.
Can I bring my own Food and Drinks?
No you can not bring any outside food or drinks. Our concessions has food and drinks available for purchase. However, we do allow you to bring your own Cake, Ice Cream, and/or Desserts. We can not guarantee cold storage for your dessert.
What if I don't know how many kids will attend?
Please choose the number of kids who will be attending the party. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, but you may always add more paid entry kids after you book and also add more kids the day of the event. There is no minimum to book. We suggest that if you think 10 Kids will come, book for less. The day of your party we keep track of how many kids attend and you can pay your party balance at the end.
How soon can I arrive?
Parents will have access to the reserved area 15 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 10 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time.
Can I decorate?
Decorations are allowed as guests see fit, with the following restrictions: ● No decorations may be “pinned” or nailed to any surface ● No flames ● No Tape On Walls ● No glitter or confetti – A $100 CLEANUP/DAMAGE FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY CONFETTI, PAPER TOSSINGS, TAPE DAMAGE TO WALLS, USING DECORATIONS WHICH RESEMBLE GLITTER OR CONFETTI WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED IN CHARGING A CLEAN-UP FEE.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your party but we do not issue any refunds under any circumstance. You will forfeit any payments including deposits or payments in full.
Can I reschedule my party due to illness or other family emergencies?
Approved reschedules must be made 2-weeks before your scheduled party. Late reschedules due to severe illness or immediate family emergency needs to be arranged within 48-Hours after the date of your party. No refunds will be given under any circumstance. Can I split my payments or have everyone pay seperately?
We do not allow splits payments greater than two. If you are looking to achieve this we suggest you collect cash payments from your guests as we do not allow for splitting payments or al a carte party payments between guests. The person who booked the party is responsible for payment in full at the conclusion of your party. We do allow one split payment (Example: Mom is paying half, and Grandpa is paying the other half)

Additional Guests: This party contract’s final price is based on the number of guests who attend the party. If the number of guests exceed the amount indicated on the first page of the contract, additional per-guest fees will apply.
Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Parents will be informed by BounceTag, Inc. employees of unruly conduct and if the behavior is not resolved, families may be asked to leave the premises.
Liability: By filling this online form, you release BounceTag, Inc. from any potential liability. You agree to hold harmless BounceTag, Inc. and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur. Should BounceTag, Inc. property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse BounceTag, Inc. for replacement or repair of said property. By filling out this birthday party contract, you are submitting a formal request for a party reservation. Furthermore, you are agreeing to hold your entire party responsible for the terms of this contract without limitation. Please note that a reservation cannot be confirmed without full payment of the deposit listed in the contract.

***WE DO ALLOW BIRTHDAY CAKES, CUPCAKES, DESSERTS** Of course if you want to bring a birthday cake for your party, that’s okay! But we ask that no other food or drinks be brought in the building. We reserve the right to refuse any outside food and drink item. Our concessions offers many food and drink options to choose from.
